October 15, 2014, hotfix after the latest update, including monument bonuses.Any member who joined the alliance along with the monument will keep it, but those who leave will yield its ownership immediately to the robber barons.It will highlight only one monument with the highest glory bonus, which means having multiple monuments doesn’t count to sum up all its bonuses.The glory bonus of the monument will be distributed to every single member, even if one doesn’t own it.

Every member can send resources to upgrade the monument at a faster rate. The owner can send wood and stone to upgrade its level manually. Its bonus will add more glory from certain attacks: a castle, an outpost, or either from a Foreign or Bloodcrow Castle. The player will have full access to station troops and manage defenses and tools from its flanks and frontline. There is no limit for the number of monuments a player can capture. Similar to laboratories, only the castellan from the main castle will be the one who’ll own it, which means the owner must manage its food consumption from the troops stationed within these structures in order to repel possible capture attacks from others. Unlike the small monument with only 10 levels till it reached its highest state, the large monument can reach up to 5 more levels, totaling up to 15 levels. On the other hand, the large monument contains a default glory bonus of 6% at level 5. When the small one reaches level 5, the required number of resources will transition similar to the needs of the large one, but its appearance will remain the same. The small monument contains a default glory bonus of 2% at level 1. It'll stop accepting resources once it reaches its maximum limit. There are only two types of monuments: the small monument and the large monument. For each month, they relocate to different locations of the map either crowded or unfilled areas which at the same time notify all players about it. 
Monuments are neutral structures that grant additional glory bonuses.
